What I like about them is that weight loss is not their key goal; strengthing, conditioning and stretching is what they focus on and weight loss comes along as a bonus. I have been working out with them for many years now and their approach to fitness has made it an enjoyable and essential part of my lifestyle. “Hi guys, I am just here to talk a little bit about my association with my trainer, Vinod Kumar of Startline, for the last few years. I did training under him ever since he was in Prakash Padukone’s badminton Academy. I have always found that he is able to take his experience as an athlete himself and use techniques and training method which will help me in my game and he is able to apply them specially to my sport and specifically to my body type. The best result that I had probably training with Vinod Kumar in the last few years was 2009, when I beat world number two, Peter Gade of Denmark. I think what is really wonderful about the Startline program is how they do your assessment initially. Assessment of all your muscles for me specifically golf, on all of my golfing muscles, rotationally, strength wise on that assessment i have got a really good program which focuses on the areas of my body that i need to focus on specially for my golf.
